Sven Becker has just been promoted, but he is tired of his job as a career coach. He has always admired his adventurous friend Johan Påhlman, who, before his fatal accident, wrote the book "Kapa Trossarna" (Cutting the Ties), which is currently flying off the shelves.

At Johan's funeral, Sven hears a friend quote a "Johan Påhlman-ism": "Either you do a 'Sven Becker' or you cut the ties." The implication is clear—you either stay stuck in boredom or you realize your dreams. Inspired, Sven resigns and travels to Thailand to write his own book.

Sven initially tries to keep up with the adventurous Norwegian, Gitte, but his interest wanes when she kisses a dog on the nose. Instead, he turns his gaze toward the beautiful editor, Anja, who is sunbathing on the beach. She is taking a break from her fiancé, the gynecologist Fredrik—but she seems happy to spend that break with Sven. How will it all fit together? A playful triangle drama under the hot sun of Phuket.

Spefullt triangeldrama under Phukets heta sol.

Stop missing out on the biggest metabolic advantage of Extra Virgin Olive Oil! If you use EVOO for weight management and satiety, you must understand the science of timing. This video reveals the single best time, backed by GLP-1 research, to consume raw EVOO to maximize appetite control and optimize your blood sugar response.

👉 THE NIGHTTIME PROTOCOL: Maximize your EVOO benefits around the clock! The Metabolic Mechanism: Why Timing Matters

For those interested in the deep science behind this timing protocol, the goal is not simply calorie counting, but hormonal optimization for spontaneous appetite control.

Consuming Extra Virgin Olive Oil 15-20 minutes pre-meal triggers the powerful release of GLP-1 (Glucagon-Like Peptide-1) from the gut. This hormone accomplishes two crucial tasks: Increased Satiety: GLP-1 signals fullness to the brain earlier, resulting in spontaneous lower total calorie consumption during the main meal—a key strategy for weight management. Blood Sugar Control: GLP-1 also slows gastric emptying, which delays the absorption of glucose into the bloodstream. This leads to a smoother, better blood sugar

response over the following two hours. This timing protocol is designed to use EVOO as a metabolic pre-load for maximum weight and blood sugar control..

🚨 THE SCIENCE HAS CHANGED! Your deepest health belief about alcohol is being challenged. We analyze the comprehensive data from The Lancet that demolishes the old "J-Curve" myth and confirms that zero alcohol consumption minimizes health risk.

We explore the difficult question: Is the minor risk from an occasional "skol" worth the major, validated benefit of social inclusion and connection? This is the final, nuanced guide to making your informed choice.

I explain: Why I personally stopped almost all drinking after seeing this data.
