Insightful, witty, funny, and wicked gossip from the world of the stage! Over the course of a single day—from early morning to late evening—we gain an inside look into the private lives and work of ten actresses. All ten know one another; some intimately, others only in passing. Perhaps it is also a case of some believing they know each other, only to find they truly don't "when the chips are down."

This is no ordinary day. One of the nine women who auditioned for an American remake of the Garbo classic "Queen Christina" is turning 40. The birthday girl is Rebecca Olsson-Frigårdh (Lena Endre), married to fellow actor Åke Frigårdh (Mikael Persbrandt). Åke is currently filming with Stella Lindberg (Helena Bergström), another candidate for the role, who is so nervous she keeps flubbing her lines.

As the director (Rolf Lassgård) tries to settle the bickering stars, a series of phone calls and secret agendas begin to unravel. The other hopefuls—Stina Ekblad, Ewa Fröling, Pernilla August, Marika Lagercrantz, and Gunilla Röör—are all set to celebrate Rebecca later that evening. It is there they will finally learn which of them has landed the job in the USA. You can imagine the nerves are frayed to the breaking point!

Director Colin Nutley also penned the script, and we are treated to wonderful cinematography by Jens Fischer.

I rollerna: Lena Endre, Mikael Persbrandt, Helena Bergström, Rolf Lassgård, Marie Richardson, Peter Haber, Brasse Brännström, Stina Ekblad, Ewa Fröling, Pernilla August, Marika Lagercrantz, Gunilla Röör, Peter Andersson, Johan Rabaeus, Margaretha Krook, Johan Widerberg, Rikard Wolff.

Stop missing out on the biggest metabolic advantage of Extra Virgin Olive Oil! If you use EVOO for weight management and satiety, you must understand the science of timing. This video reveals the single best time, backed by GLP-1 research, to consume raw EVOO to maximize appetite control and optimize your blood sugar response.

👉 THE NIGHTTIME PROTOCOL: Maximize your EVOO benefits around the clock! The Metabolic Mechanism: Why Timing Matters

For those interested in the deep science behind this timing protocol, the goal is not simply calorie counting, but hormonal optimization for spontaneous appetite control.

Consuming Extra Virgin Olive Oil 15-20 minutes pre-meal triggers the powerful release of GLP-1 (Glucagon-Like Peptide-1) from the gut. This hormone accomplishes two crucial tasks: Increased Satiety: GLP-1 signals fullness to the brain earlier, resulting in spontaneous lower total calorie consumption during the main meal—a key strategy for weight management. Blood Sugar Control: GLP-1 also slows gastric emptying, which delays the absorption of glucose into the bloodstream. This leads to a smoother, better blood sugar

response over the following two hours. This timing protocol is designed to use EVOO as a metabolic pre-load for maximum weight and blood sugar control..

Because..timing matters

🚨 THE SCIENCE HAS CHANGED! Your deepest health belief about alcohol is being challenged. We analyze the comprehensive data from The Lancet that demolishes the old "J-Curve" myth and confirms that zero alcohol consumption minimizes health risk.

We explore the difficult question: Is the minor risk from an occasional "skol" worth the major, validated benefit of social inclusion and connection? This is the final, nuanced guide to making your informed choice.

I explain: Why I personally stopped almost all drinking after seeing this data.

The Lancet (GBD Study) and theHopkins Medicine article explaining the J-curve and the "abstainer bias" are linked below.
