Following a well-known pattern, Lars-Erik Berenett is back as the "tough guy" Hassel, who takes his job with the utmost seriousness. This time, he must tackle the ruthless Russian mafia, which has gained a firm foothold in Stockholm.
To assist him, he has the beautiful Russian mafia expert Galina (Regina Lund). Hassel constantly discovers that he is always "five minutes too late" at every lead. When a police officer is then shot and wounded by the Russian mafia—who were evidently tipped off that he was tailing them—the entire team steps up to find out who the "informant" is.
Meanwhile, Hassel sees connections between a series of murders, bombings, and drug smuggling. The word "bespredel," which means total ruthlessness, is a term the whole gang has learned, and they know it applies here in full! In the heated pursuit, no one is spared, and corpses pile up in Hassel's path.
