Title: Zingo Director: Christian Wegner Runtime: 1 hour 34 minutes Year: 1998

Cast: Björn Kjellman, Helena af Sandeberg, Per Morberg, Thomas Hellberg, Tommy Andersson, Jarmo Mäkinen et al.

This comedy, featuring a cast of talented actors, is filled with many entanglements and actually a fair share of bloodshed and passion. Zingo (Björn Kjellman) lives in a drug-induced haze and works as a dealer. This lifestyle brings him into a dangerous environment with "buddies" who aren't exactly gentle if payments for drug deliveries don't arrive on time.

Zingo lives with his adored "Baby" (Helena af Sandeberg), who also enjoys living in a fog. However, thoughts of children and a suburban life begin to occupy Zingo's mind, and he suddenly wants to live a normal "Svensson" life. He flushes the drugs, which naturally leads to financial difficulties. He then meets his cousin (Per Morberg), who dreams of directing a film—a screenplay he has worked on for five years and believes will change the world, if only someone would produce it. Its title? "The Brown Film"—that says it all!

Zingo sees an opportunity for a new start. Together with his cousin, he decides to produce "The Brown Film" and takes it upon himself to find sponsors. The superstar Ken (Thomas Hellberg) even promises to take part. This odd group—amateurs plus the superstar, the director, and the producer with his partner—heads off to a summer cottage to start filming.

Editor’s Note (2026): A snapshot of late-90s Swedish cinema, *Zingo* attempted to blend the dark "pusher" aesthetic with a quirky comedy about filmmaking. While Björn Kjellman delivers a strong performance as the drug-dealer dreaming of picket fences, the film's "brown" humor wasn't for everyone.

Titel: Zingo Regi: Christian Wegner Årtal: 1998

I rollerna: Björn Kjellman, Helena af Sandeberg, Per Morberg, Thomas Hellberg, Tommy Andersson, Jarmo Mäkinen m fl.

Superkändisen Ken (Thomas Hellberg) lovar medverka i filmen.

Stop missing out on the biggest metabolic advantage of Extra Virgin Olive Oil! If you use EVOO for weight management and satiety, you must understand the science of timing. This video reveals the single best time, backed by GLP-1 research, to consume raw EVOO to maximize appetite control and optimize your blood sugar response.

👉 THE NIGHTTIME PROTOCOL: Maximize your EVOO benefits around the clock! The Metabolic Mechanism: Why Timing Matters

For those interested in the deep science behind this timing protocol, the goal is not simply calorie counting, but hormonal optimization for spontaneous appetite control.

Consuming Extra Virgin Olive Oil 15-20 minutes pre-meal triggers the powerful release of GLP-1 (Glucagon-Like Peptide-1) from the gut. This hormone accomplishes two crucial tasks: Increased Satiety: GLP-1 signals fullness to the brain earlier, resulting in spontaneous lower total calorie consumption during the main meal—a key strategy for weight management. Blood Sugar Control: GLP-1 also slows gastric emptying, which delays the absorption of glucose into the bloodstream. This leads to a smoother, better blood sugar

response over the following two hours. This timing protocol is designed to use EVOO as a metabolic pre-load for maximum weight and blood sugar control..
