A scenic film about great love.

Young daughter Hella and her father are on the run from the police and social services, as the father is suspected of murder and Hella is to be taken into care. The father’s love for Hella is strong, and he plans a life of freedom for both of them, dreaming of an escape to the beautiful city of Faro, the largest city in Portugal's Algarve.

The police are "hot on their heels," and life in the forest is not easy in the wind and rain, especially as food supplies begin to dwindle.

A man living across the bay from their hiding place spots the father and daughter through his binoculars and alerts the authorities. Thus, the hunt begins—and two people chased by a police force with helicopters don't have much to stand against.

A scenic film about great love.
